Room reservations made at Le Chalet Hotel Guernsey must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. For travel inclusive packages, a deposit equivalent to the cost of the travel plus the first night’s accommodation is payable up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Less than 4 weeks and the full amount is payable at time of booking. As Guernsey airport particularly can occasionally be affected by fog, we recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance. Guests reserving Dinner at time of booking Bed & Breakfast can enjoy a preferential price of £15 per person, per night for the Table d'Hote menu. If reserved at any other time, the Table d'Hote price is £20 per person. Dress code in the restaurant is smart casual. We would request that in deference to other guests, families with children under the age of 8 years book early dining times. Children's menus are available at the hotel and can be served in the lounge before dinner. The hotel is unable to provide baby monitors. Cots are available on a complimentary basis. Charges for children sharing a room with parents, or additional adult in a room are as follows:

A complimentary minibus service to St Peter Port bus terminus is available during the day at set times, except Sundays. The timetable is available at reception.
